Aowei Gift and Premium Company, established in 2005, is a
manufacturer and supplier of custom souvenir, promotional,

We manufacture in China, but we are USA owned and have an office in
Tennessee. We offer very competitive prices, but can alleviate many
of the hassles in dealing with a Chinese company. Our USA office
will assist with any communication issues that may arise, answer
questions during USA business hours, consolidate freight and handle
all importing/customs issues when necessary, and handle payments.
2) SUPERIOR SERVICE
We will offer unparalleled service. Our sales team works day and
night and you will never have to wait for a reply from us. Our USA
office is also available all day. We will regularly update you the
status of your orders and show you picture from mass production so
you can see the quality of your products before they ship. We stand

We have a staff of artists and can offer as much assistance as you
need in development and unlimited revision of artwork. We never
charge for artwork services.

FAQ
1. Q: Can you accept customized designs ?
A: Sure . We accept both OEM/ODM designs . We can make products
according to your designs, we also have artists here who can offer
artworks according to your design idea .
2. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea ?
A: Of course . We can send you some of our existing samples for
your reference idea and free cost . But you need to pay for the
sample freight from our factory to your door .
3. Q:What is the payment term?
A:30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment
before shipping .
4. Q:How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A:For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.
5. Q:Are you the manufacturer or trade company?
A: Both are. We have our own factory. We have been engaged in this
field for more than 5 years.So factory price can be kept for our
customers. And the quality for products & after service are better
than others.
6. Q:How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
